Spicy Habanero Chicken Burger with Okra Chips
40 min Serves 1 765 kcal per serving

Method
- 1
Slice the chicken breast evenly if thick. Season well on both sides and allow it to sit for at least one hour so the flavours soak through.
- 2
Dip the chicken into the egg wash, then coat fully in Cajun seasoned panko breadcrumbs.
- 3
Air fry until golden, crispy and fully cooked through.
- 4
While the chicken cooks, add all sauce ingredients to a small pan. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce and simmer until slightly thickened. This creates the perfect spicy, tangy and creamy balance.
- 5
Once cooked, dip the chicken into the habanero sauce until fully coated.
- 6
Lightly toast the brioche bun if desired. Layer with mayo, lettuce, crispy onions, chicken, cheese and extra sauce.
- 7
Wrap the burger in foil and allow it to rest for a few minutes so the cheese melts and flavours fuse together.
- 8
Roast the seasoned okra and serve with the burger
